Pet Needs
Pets will decrease your renting/leasing options.  If you have a pet, you should expect to pay a higher monthly rent/lease and security deposit.  In addition, the options for dog owners are much less than those for cat owners.
Number of Bedrooms
It's always best to choose a property that will comfortably accommodate the size of your family.  Even if it means paying a little more, your family will appreciate a better quality of life.

  • Three personal and professional references
  • Income verification (one month pay stubs)
